Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida

Internship Duration: 3 months (possible extension/full-time offer)

Stipend:
₹10,000/- a month, plus incentives (share in 30% of quarterly profit to be distributed among team members in their attendance ratio)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance Recruiting Genie's online presence.
Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
Manage and grow social media accounts by regularly posting relevant content, engaging with followers, and participating in industry discussions.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with founder to develop innovative campaigns and initiatives.
Assist in website content creation and optimization to improve SEO and user experience.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts and make datadriven decisions.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant program).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
