Description
Problem Resolution:
Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective and timely solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
Communication Skills:
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our customer support database.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
Customer Education:
Proactively educate customers about product features, usage, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
Quality Assurance:
Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, customer support techniques, and company policies.
Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
