Connect and Interact with customers on Social Platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin etc.

  • Compose responses independently and in accordance with processes guidelines.
  • Provide professional yet personalized experience on all interactions with the customers on Social and consumer Platforms
  • Work alongside dependent teams
  • Working knowledge of Social Media platforms i.e. FB, IG, YT and Linkedin etc. Consumer Centric Apporach
  • Methodical
  • Good Command on written English

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida Sector 8, Noida ,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
