Automotive Trims Seating System

Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to design trims and seats for 3W vehicles

Key Responsibilities

Must be able to develop and drive continuous improvement and high performance within the team
Must be able to generate ideas for better performance, quality improvement, cost reduction drive innovation
Responsible for designing and developing automotive seating systems and components aligning with the ergonomics and seating standards
Proficient in Plastic/Trim Part design of various parts such as fender, fairing assembly, seats etc. and do virtual simulation for part design, reporting takeaways from it
