Koenig Solutions is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and manage relationships with our key clients in international markets.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in international markets, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions that meet clients' needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of clients' business and industry trends to identify areas for growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction and retention metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, sales activities, and other relevant information to senior management.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in an international context.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

Salary:
₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
