Description
Responsible for overall maintenance related activities for the shift

  • Breakdown maintenance and ensuring availability of machines/equipment.
  • Responsible for Preventive/Predictive/Annual Maintenance as per the plan
  • Working experience in Field Instrument and PID control system Commissioning, calibration and trouble shooting
  • Experience an Electrical operation, Installation, Testing & Maintenance with all major equipment's of electrical power system
  • Hands on experience preferably in using Siemens PLC programming, DCS, HMI, Drives
  • Continuous improvement projects, MTTR reduction, MTBF improvement
  • Root cause analysis, specializing in highlevel problem solving, process efficiency and daytoday maintenance in CNC machine
  • Overall checking and inspection of switch yards, switch rooms, control room, control panels, battery chargers, transformer and other equipment.
  • Spare part management and utility equipment handling experience
  • Knowledge of safety protocols like LOTO, electrical safety, work at height, ISO & OHSAS
  • Compliance with Saint standards, EHS & WCM process & standards.

Salary:
₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
