Job Purpose

  • Analyse existing business parameters to increase revenue and to prevent revenue loss
  • Analyse and publish integrated reporting measurements [KBI's] like Acquisition, Churn, Revenue, ARPU, Usage, Trend Analysis for mobility
  • Execute all data extraction and analytical requirements of the business through SQL querying, and other Database.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Maintain and evolve the system of reporting for the business for Mobility products
  • Publish segment wise, cluster wise and product wise performance of business KBI's, variance analysis on weekly, monthly, daily basis.
  • Support Enterprise Revenue Growth and Commercials team and other enterprise functions on Business insights and analysis
  • Maintain Data security while sharing data with team
  • Ensure that all KBIs are captured in data lakes for any new product / capability launched
  • Share insights and impacted data/base with relevant team for action and optimising machine learning models
  • Share Insights of CVM and Pricing team actions to improve efficiency
  • Automation of reports to reduce dependency and increase efficiency

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Advanced analytical, quantitative and data interpretation skills
  • Understanding of nonmobility products, data sources and telco KPIs
  • Automation of reports

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Strong expertise in SQL, Excel
  • Automation of reports
using SQL, Excel, Cognos and Data Lakes

  • MBA / Master's degree in Marketing / Finance (preferred not mandatory)
