Responsibilities:

Brand Development:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance the hospital's image and visibility.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels and materials.

Patient Engagement:


  • Design and execute patient engagement programs to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that foster positive patient interactions and loyalty.

Referral Marketing:


  • Create and execute referral marketing programs to drive patient referrals from healthcare professionals, physicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners to increase referral networks.

Content Creation:


  • Generate engaging and informative content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the hospital website.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and relevant content.

Digital Marketing:


  • Leverage digital marketing channels to reach target audiences and promote the hospital's services.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Event Planning:


  • Plan and coordinate hospital events, seminars, and workshops to promote awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and make datadriven recommendations.

Community Outreach:


  • Engage with the local community to build positive relationships and promote the hospital's services.
  • Represent the hospital at community events and participate in outreach activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in branding, patient engagement, and referral marketing within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Previous experience in event planning and community outreach is a plus.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
