Activities

Processing Daily, weekly and Monthly Bank reconciliations as assigned by supervisor, Prepare and consolidate for Fund projections
Accuracy & Timeliness
Open item following up and reconciliation with Unit/concerned department on Daily, weekly and Monthly Bank reconciliations as assigned by supervisor.
Accuracy & Timeliness
Processing the Treasury payments accuracy and on time
Processing Payroll accounting & bank entries as assigned by supervisor, Rationalization of payroll posting & reconciliation
Accuracy & Timeliness
Preparation & posting of all banking related entries & the entries received from OpCo
Accuracy & Timeliness
Updating all the tracker accurately.
MCS & Audit Compliance
Timely updation of SOP & work instructions
Ensure zero escalation from OPCO due to error in accounting, reconciliation and reporting of the related process
Coordinate with units & Corporate treasury for clearing of open issues
Generate Ideas for possible improvement areas to bring efficiency and speed to deliverables
Attending all mandatory training programs and Update SOP's for issue resolution regularly for all new issues faced

Qualifications:

Skills & Knowledge

Experience managing a clientservice oriented function preferable a KPO
Result oriented, with high level of motivation for selfgrowth
Ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
Experience of SAP and working in cement or any other manufacturing industry will be preferable
Knowledge of Accounting Standard/ Companies Act
