Role Description

As a full-time on-site Product Trainer based in Nagpur, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting employees/clients to harness the full potential of our restaurant management platform.

Your responsibilities include delivering comprehensive product training sessions and presentations, conducting analyses to identify and address training needs, and spearheading the creation of training and development programs to enrich the overall employee/customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in Product Training, Training & Development, and Presentation Skills
Strong Analytical Skills and Communication Skills
Ability to evaluate training needs and create training and development programs to enhance customer experience
Experience working with restaurant management platforms is preferred
Knowledge of the restaurant industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
Previous experience as a Trainer or in a similar training role is preferred
