Description

The Performance Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, analyze campaign performance, and make data-informed decisions to optimize ROI and achieve KPIs.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as clickthrough rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve campaign targeting and messaging.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation for better performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and compelling ad creatives that align with the brand and campaign objectives.
  • Work with marketing analytics and business intelligence tools to create and present reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and performance across different marketing channels.
  • Continuously identify areas of improvement in the customer journey and propose strategies to enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Stay informed about changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, and regulations that may impact campaign performance and compliance.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 2 years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other data visualization platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present data and insights.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • A selfstarter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Experience:

Facebook Advertising: 1 year (preferred)
Google Ads: 1 year (preferred)
