  • Work on the leads which will be generated through social media platform
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customer using scripts
  • Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound /outbound sales and marketing campaign and initiatives
  • Provide product information using brochure, slides shows, website etc.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
  • Asking question to the customer and understanding their specification
  • Resolving quires and issues related to the products and services.
  • Build and promote strong long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Prepare daily report and submit the same in company's software
  • Participate in daily and weekly team meeting to discuss the progress and area of improvements

Pay:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Central, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
