Role Description


The Associate will be part of Global Real Estate Finance - Planning & Analysis (P&A) team and responsible for executing Billing Allocations, MIS and Analytical reporting requirements.

Experience in Planning & Analysis is must. Proficiency in MS Excel (Large Data Sets) and Powerpoint is essential.

We are not looking for real estate professionals, we are looking for a finance professional to support Global Real Estate's finance department.

**Responsibilities (within assigned staff group(s)): - Prepare Allocation model and execute monthly Billing for Allocations, Work on MIS Reporting

  • Annual planning model on Forecasting and Budgeting
  • Capital Planning update, maintenance, reconciliation and walk. Data Integrity checks.
  • Ensure that monthly activities are well planned and delivered with the right controls (Tririga Data Integrity)
  • Interact with functional leads and business partners within the GRE P&A group
  • Present to Senior Management with overview of services, analytical reviews of year over year as well as forward looking view of expenses and impact on recoveries
  • Participate in projects related to the development of expense policy and system enhancements and reinforcing expense awareness mindset throughout the function
  • Ensure that monthly activities are well planned and delivered with the right controls.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • MBA/CA with 68 years or Graduate with 10 years of experience
  • At least 2 years of exposure to financial analysis /expense management and an understanding of Financial Reporting preferred
  • Excellent analytical, customer service and problem solving skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate and present information
  • Must be detailoriented, but also able to summarize data to assist with management decisions
  • Ability to understand complex systems and partner to drive change
  • Proactively manage the process, respond immediately to issues, and offer solutions
  • Manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables
  • Experience with expense analysis, business commentary writing, budgeting and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Financial systems including: Forecasting tools
  • Essbase, MS Office (Excel) and presentation tools.
