Support OD/ Business Heads & Functional heads of the regions in HSW implementation; facilitate implementation of various HSW initiatives.
Develop implementation plan and facilitate implementation in Clusters. Monitor KPIs for all the Clusters in the region. Facilitate incident investigations in the Clusters as necessary. Monitor HSW Policy and Key Risk Standards implementation in Clusters and give periodic assistance to Clusters through auditing/ gaps assessment and coaching to BH/ FH and LMs. Reach out Zones for monitoring effectiveness of implementation on a periodic basis.
Support Clusters to deliver the National HSW Objectives and driving HSW agenda through Cluster safety council meetings for each of the 8 Clusters managed by self and highlighting key focus areas to the Cluster Leadership Team along with support in solution provision.
Implementation of a governance mechanism for monthly monitoring of Cluster HSW performance and compliance through introduction of a scorecard and monitoring each Cluster score on key HSW parameters on a monthly basis to ensure the key HSW indicators are trending positive.
Ensure timely reporting of incidents, classification, investigation, root cause analysis, monitoring of 100% close out of corrective actions and sharing of learnings
Deep dives / Audits in Clusters including knowledge sharing, identification of improvement areas, appreciation and internal sharing of good practices, supporting Cluster functional teams in implementation of effective corrective actions, identification of systemic concerns and intervening in addressing them at national level.

To assist Head

HSW in developing/ implementing HSW systems in with collaboration from other Corporate Functions as necessary while detailing the systems. Develop implementation plan and facilitate implementation in Clusters.
