Account Executive - Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India - SSquad Global
Description
Responsibilities- Documentation of financial transactions by entering into accounting system
- Bank, Payable and Receivable Reconciliation
- Payroll Management
- Calculation and Timely Payments of GST, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS & Income Tax
- Preparation of Payment Voucher, Payments and coordination.
- Preparation of Invoices according to the Purchase Order/Agreement/Reimbursement
- Payment Follow up
- Record and filing of documents both soft and hard copies.
- Handling of Staff Final Settlement
- Assets Register and Depreciation Statement.
- Coordination with Auditors for the Financial Closure
- Maintains Financial security by following internal controls.
- Liaise with other business units on a range of issues relating to finances
- Any other tasks as may be assigned by your reporting manager from time to time.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in full set account experience.
- Study in any related Diploma and above such as Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification
- Knowledge in India Accounting Standard and Income Tax Act
- Good Communication Skills

Pay:
₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
