About Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner for our Operations Team to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

Partnering with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy
Building partnerships with national and local agencies for regional hirings
Implementing & managing HR policies, employee engagement, retention, talent acquisition, employee grievance, and exit
Ensuring a performance management system is implemented.

HR Business Partner Requirements:

68 years experience in an HR Business Partner role (preferably talent sourcing) in a rural focused industry (dairy, feed, agriculture, agritech)
Past experience in mass onground hiring, good industry connects with national and local agencies
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
Proficient in MS Excel
MBA in HR preferred

We also do a full-stack business where we purchase and then sell, in this business we hit a monthly revenue of INR 5 Cr.

We run 10+ farms across different parts of India and manage significant operations.
