We design awesome programs, onboard great teachers on our platforms, train them and provide them with comprehensive learning kits and connect them with local communities for group and 1:1 classes.


Flurn was founded in 2021 by Ashwin & Lohith, two seasoned technology leaders who have worked in global technology giants - Google, InMobi, Paytm and Samsung as well as run multiple startups in different capacities - as Co-Founders, Advisors & early employees.

Flurn has over 120+ learning centers across Bengaluru.


About the Role

  • Start your career with a high growth role in the fast paced EdTech sector.
  • Work with a leadership team who has a combined tech sales experience of 30+ years across InMobi, Google & LinkedIn.
  • Opportunity to get mentored by industry veterans who have experience taking startups from zero to one to hundred.

What you will do

  • Reach out to inbound enquiries and assist them with selecting the right programs for their family with the goal of enrolling them to Flurn programs.
  • Manage all operations for Flurn centrally.
  • Provide high quality customer and instructor support.
  • Maintain, analyze and provide insights into overall company operations.
  • Be the voice of Flurn customers and influence all teams to provide the best experience for our customers.

What you need to have

  • Excellent Communication
  • Oral & Written.
  • Good analytical and process design skills & ability to talk to customers fluidly.
  • Zeal to own, pursue and deliver high quality experience to customers.
  • Strong execution orientation.

Salary:
₹360, ₹500,000.00 per year
