Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Knowledge of inventory management

Profile introduction:


Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of cafe staff, including baristas and servers.

Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.

Budgeting: Assist in budget creation and manage expenses to meet financial goals.

Quality Control: Ensure the quality of food and beverages meets the cafe's standards.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and increase customer engagement.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the cafe.


Requirements:


  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management
and basic accounting principles.


Salary:

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
