We are Hiring for Accounts executive for Ad Agency

Location Ekkatuthangal

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts
payable and receivable, and payroll records

  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any
discrepancies

  • Assist with monthend and yearend close processes, including preparing financial statements
and supporting schedules

  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for
improvement

  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking
processes

  • Stay uptodate on accounting principles, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
