JOB ROLE

  • Making MIS Reports Monthly
  • Extensive work on Excel.
  • Working on the data collated from various sources of department and preparing comprehensive reports.
  • Payroll Workings.
  • Keeping a track of receivables and sending reminders to ensure that the debtors pay
  • Keeping a track of all monthly payments and ensuring that the payments are made on time after deducting the necessary tax at source;
  • Quarterly TDS returns
  • Cash Register Management
  • Inventory Audits

Technical Skills Set:
Microsoft advanced Excel, Tally Prime, Spectrum

Behavioural Skills Set:
Should be able to communicate clearly with cross teams in the project.

Should be a good team player and a quick learner with an aptitude to pick up things fast.

Must be dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude.


Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
