Update the Status of the vehicles to the Agents & Customers
Discuss their day plan to the reporting manager
Arrange Driver to pick up/drop the vehicle
Submit the required documents to the Insurance Company.
Visit the Insurance companies to get DSA leads.
Meet the Agents
Speak to the Agents to get appointment for the next day
Visit the booth/station
Meet the Recovery Agents
Send the daily report to the reporting manager
Monthly Basis:
Attend the Insurance company meeting without fail - Arrange DSA meet at the outlet
Meet the assigned Monthly Target for vehicle inflow and revenue (through DSAs).
