Corporate Governance:
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as per the Companies Act and other relevant legislation.

  • Board Meetings: Coordinate and organize board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and maintaining corporate records.
  • Company Secretarial Duties: Manage the company's statutory registers, including the register of members, directors, and secretaries.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company and advise management on compliance matters.
  • Annual Filings: Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory documents with relevant authorities.
  • Shareholder Relations: Facilitate communication with shareholders and handle matters related to share transfers, dividends, and annual general meetings.
  • Contracts and Agreements: Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents as required.
  • Accounting Functions: Oversee daytoday accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and budget forecasts.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external tax advisors for filing tax returns and managing tax obligations.
  • Audit Support: Liaise with auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decisionmaking processes and provide insights into business performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, implementing appropriate controls and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve accounting and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adhoc Tasks: Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Qualified Company Secretary (ACS or equivalent) preferred.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in company secretarial functions and accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, company law, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
₹1,100, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
