VACANCIES FOR THE POST:
Telesales Staff - IT Sector (Women)
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the IT sector.

Understand client needs and present our products and services effectively.
Achieve sales targets and quotas through effective communication and negotiation.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.


Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the IT sector.
Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
