Are you passionate about technology, data & analytics?- then you are the one we are looking for as our new Analytics Solution Architect for Data & Analytics team of Unilever eRTM- You'll build technical relationships across the organization and operate as a trusted advisor, ensuring UNILEVER eRTM obtains most value from the cloud at every stage of their journey of adopting D&A across UNILEVER eRTM.- You will also be responsible to ensure that we are developing and delivering a strategic analytics platform and products vision encompassing software, infrastructure, and analytics to meet the needs of our marketplace business.- Priorities of the role include managing the overall technical relationship for D&A related projects, working on the platform designs, choice of tools, security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency to accelerate projects.

Your Profile

Your core responsibilities in this role will be:

Evaluate the current technology landscape and recommend a forward-looking, short and long-term technology strategic vision and plan for D&A.
Identify, evaluate, and select new and emerging technologies that can be assimilated within the company and significantly improve our short

- and long-term competitiveness.

Your creativity will link technology to tangible solutions, with the opportunity to define or invent cloudnative D&A reference architectures for a variety of use cases.
You will participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content and new reference architectures
Oversee the technologies and options for deploying, inferencing, and monitoring D&A models online at scale, along with the associated patterns and standards.
Work with data scientists and engineering to develop architectures which improve the speed of iteration and experimentation of D&A features in production, while also improving overall AI and data product awareness and appreciation.
Assist in ensuring the smooth delivery of products, solutions and initiatives that empower the organization to obtain greater value from its investments.
You will help build strategy to secure longterm platform stability and cuttingedge architecture.
Participate in cross organizational optimization, scalability, and growth across Unilever eRTM.
Be connected to local tech ecosystem to gain agility in the solutions

Key skills and expertise that we are looking for - 10+ years experience in Cloud Native technologies (including Google Cloud and Azure Platforms) that cover the big data, analytics and AI/ML domain is essential with experience using GCP Container technology, specifically Docker and Kubernetes- Knowledge and experience of having led Data streams like - Data Engineering, Data Management and Data Governance- Knowledge of general programming languages and frameworks, in particular python and/or Java- General technology best practices and development lifecycles such as agile and CI/CD but also those enabling more efficient employment of data and machine learning such as DevOps and MLOps.- Technical architecture leadership and direction on projects resulting in secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable platforms.- Architecture skills that enable the creation of future-proof, complex global solutions using GCP services.- Implementation and/or creation of foundational architectures, including microservices, event-driven and event streaming, and those that enable online machine learning systems.- Excellent communication and influencing skills, being able to adapt according to target audience.
