Work Timing : 9.30 am to 6.00 pm
(Monday to Fri), Every Saturday Halfday and Sunday off

Responsibilities

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including timetofill, timetohire and source of hire
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
