Responsibilities:

Operate Injection Moulding Machines according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor the Injection Moulding process to ensure proper machine functionality and product quality.
Conduct regular inspections of the Injection Moulding equipment to identify and report any technical issues or maintenance needs.
Perform tooling changes and adjustments to meet production requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime and disruptions in production.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industryrelated regulations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
Assist in the assembly and packaging of IV products as needed.
Maintain accurate production records and logs related to machine operation and product quality.
Follow proper waste management procedures and ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
Report any deviations from standard operating procedures or quality concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

One to three years of experience operating Injection Moulding Machines in an IV manufacturing facility within the pharmaceutical industry.
Relevant technical education, such as an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a related field.
Familiarity with Injection Moulding processes, machine operation, and basic maintenance.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry regulations.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
Flexibility to work in shifts as required by production schedules.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Job Type:
Regular / Permanent

Pay:
₹200, ₹600,000.00 per year
