We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at MedEdXDoctor, a leading portal creating content for doctors.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors in Ahmedabad and convincing them to opt for our services.
Your role will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business in the region.Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify, target, and engage with doctors in Ahmedabad to generate new business opportunities and increase the adoption of MedEdXDoctor's content creation services.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, medical professionals, and relevant stakeholders through effective communication and networking.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to doctors, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of MedEdXDoctor's services.
Negotiation and Closing:
Understand the needs and requirements of doctors, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for expansion in the healthcare industry.
Customer Feedback:
Gather feedback from doctors regarding our services, understand their pain points, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Collaborative Approach:
Work closely with the content creation team to align offerings with customer needs, provide market insights, and contribute to the development of new products or services.
Reporting and Analytics:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and generate regular reports to track progress and performance.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A medical background or knowledge of the healthcare industry will be advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical education sector.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the healthcare industry, medical education, and content creation services for doctors is highly desirable.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with doctors, present ideas, and negotiate terms.
Networking Skills:
Strong networking abilities to establish and maintain relationships with doctors and medical professionals.
Persuasive Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to influence and convince customers, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of the services being offered.
Result-Oriented:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Self-Motivated:
Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
