ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide excellent customer service.
  • Calling the insurance carriers to get insurance benefits of the patients, status of claims, denial management and account receivables.
  • Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement
  • Maintaining daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Communicate in a professional manner with customers at all times.
  • Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Should be flexible with working in the night shift.
  • Qualification: Any Graduation or Diploma
  • Industry Type: BPO / Call Centre
