Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills to engage potential clients over the phone and explain the product clearly.

  • Knowledge: Understanding client's needs, address client inquiries.
  • Sales Experience: At least 2 years of previous experience in telesales or a salesoriented role, preferably in the service industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

NOTE:

  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, address their concerns, and provide solutions to their queries while maintaining a professional and courteous manner

Resilience:
Resilience to handle rejection and persistently pursue leads to convert them into clients, while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in market conditions, client needs, and company policies to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to industry, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines in all interactions with clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems, telephony software, and other tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and optimize performance.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the organization.
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and new trading products or services to enhance sales effectiveness and knowledge ability.
