- Understanding the business requirement of the organization
- Validate the reports requirements
- Provide training to enduser.
- Sort out day to day queries of end users.
- Capable of mapping business practices to ERP software
- Capable of managing client and Business user meetings.
- Capable of managing team review meetings, contribution to custom developments and design of new developments
