Key Responsibilities:
  • Instructional Delivery:
  • Plan and deliver effective instructional activities that align with the curriculum and standards.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and enhance their understanding.
  • Integrate technology into teaching where appropriate.
  • Curriculum Development:
  • Develop and update curriculum plans and instructional materials.
  • Ensure the curriculum meets educational standards and the needs of students.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Prepare, administer, and grade assessments to evaluate students' progress.
  • Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
  • Classroom Management:
  • Maintain discipline and create a classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Implement school policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students.
  • Professional Development:
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational trends and teaching methodologies.
  • Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
  • Student Support:
  • Identify students who need additional support and provide resources or referrals.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that respects the diversity of students.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Qualifications:
  • Certification: Relevant teaching certification as per state or national guidelines.
  • Experience: Prior teaching experience preferred but not always required.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Proficiency in classroom management.
  • Familiarity with educational technology.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,016.63 per month
