Telecaller/Telesales Executive (Insurance, Credit Cards, and Loan Sales)

Location:
Noida Sector 2

Salary Range:
INR 11,000 to 20,000 per month (plus incentives)

Experience Level:
Entry Level,

No Experience Required Education:
Minimum 12th Pass in any discipline, In-office

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance policies, credit cards, and loan products.
  • Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various insurance, credit card, and loan offerings to customers.
  • Listen attentively to customer requirements and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Generate leads through proactive calling and follow up on leads provided by the company to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering assistance.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve collective sales goals and targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 12th pass qualification in any discipline.
  • Fluent in regional languages (in addition to Hindi and English) for effective communication with customers.
  • No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated, and targetdriven.
