Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
Represent the institution at college fairs, high schools, and community events to promote programs and opportunities.
Build relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts.

Advising and Counseling:

Assist students in identifying their academic and career goals and selecting appropriate courses and majors.
Address inquiries and concerns promptly, offering solutions and support throughout the admissions process.

Application Evaluation:

Collaborate with admissions committees to make admission decisions based on established criteria and institutional priorities.

Outreach and Communication:

Provide accurate and uptodate information about the institution's academic programs, financial aid opportunities, campus life, and support services.
Coordinate campus tours, information sessions, and other recruitment events to engage with prospective students and showcase the institution's offerings.

Data Management and Reporting:

Generate reports and analyze data to assess recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future strategies for enrollment management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, marketing, communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, counseling, or related field.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and regulations.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
