You have a degree in quantity surveying or cost management and a professional member of RICS. You have sound knowledge and the ability to undertake and advise on contract administration. You have cost planning, budgeting and estimating experience. You have experience in managing people and risk management. You have knowledge of value engineering and life cycle costing. You have previous experience working with highways clients. You have an understanding of hottopic issues such as sustainability, social value, carbon reduction impacting the public sector. You have experience Capex v Opex cost analysis/advice. You will have a cost consultancy experience within the highways projects/frameworks and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.

Approx:
