**Job Description:
- *
  • Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
  • Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
  • Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate
  • Satisfactory resolution.
  • Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
  • Review estimates and invoices for accuracy.
  • Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
  • Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals.
  • Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • Communicate order status, any problems, changes and alterations to plant personnel, sales
representatives, and Customers.

  • Take initiative to prevent problems.
  • Manage inventory and produce inventory report
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information
and analyzing customer needs.

  • Prepare product or service report by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Follow up for Payments and coordinating with sales and recovery person.
  • Keep record of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints

Pay:
₹9, ₹33,927.17 per month

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
