RESPONSINILTIES:

Monitoring crop growth and health, identifying signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies, and reporting findings to supervisors.
Participating in irrigation activities, including watering crops and adjusting irrigation systems as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or related fields preferred but not required.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Basic understanding of plant biology, animal husbandry principles, and farm equipment operation.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in agriculture

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
