Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Podcast Manager to join our YouTube channel team in the test prep sector.

Our YouTube channel focuses on providing valuable content related to BANKING, SSC, and DEFENCE jobs.

We are expanding our content offerings and looking for a talented individual who can create, manage and grow our podcast series, including non-academic content such as motivational episodes and success journeys.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for our podcast series that aligns with our channel's objectives and target audience.

Identify relevant topics, themes, and trends to create engaging and informative podcast episodes.

Audio Production and Editing:
Oversee the end-to-end audio production process, including recording, editing, and post-production. Ensure high-quality audio content that adheres to our channel's style and brand guidelines.

Creative Storytelling:
Use creative storytelling techniques to craft compelling narratives that inspire and motivate our listeners. Collaborate with team members to gather inspiring success stories and convert them into engaging podcast episodes.

Audience Growth and Engagement:

Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our podcast audience, including leveraging social media and other promotional channels.

Monitor and respond to listener feedback to improve the quality and relevance of our content.

SEO Optimization:
Implement effective search engine optimization techniques to improve the visibility and discoverability of our podcast episodes. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithms to ensure our content ranks well in search results.

Analytics and Optimization:

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of our podcast series and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies.

Continuously improve content based on listener feedback and performance insights.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of [X] years of experience in podcast management, content creation, or related roles, with a proven track record in managing successful podcast series.

Strong Writing and Communication Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Audio Production Expertise:
Proficient in audio production techniques, including recording, editing, and post-production. Experience with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) is preferred.

Knowledge of Test Prep Sector:

Ability to think creatively and develop unique and compelling content ideas that resonate with the target audience.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies.

SEO Knowledge:
Familiarity with search engine optimization techniques and best practices to improve content visibility and rankings.

Team Player:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for Learning:
In-depth knowledge and passion for podcast management, YouTube trends, and emerging platforms. Proactive in staying updated on the latest industry developments.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
