Description

This is a fully remote position. Responsibilities and Duties:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to communicate with leads and schedule counseling sessions with students through phone or online meetings.
Collect required documents from students or our agent network for evaluation.
Forward documents to the admission team for eligibility verification and to offer suitable program options in Canadian educational institutions based on student needs.
Follow up with students to ensure payment of tuition fees and acceptance of admission offers.
Record student information in the company's software system for organization.
Coordinate with Immigration Case Manager for student visa extensions after full fee payment.
Participate in webinars conducted by partner colleges and universities.
Fulfill other duties as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic IT proficiency including MS Word and MS Excel knowledge.
