Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience in design and development of magnetics
  • Power transformer (SMPS,
auto transformer, high frequency/high power etc ), Signal transformers (audio, pulse

etc.), current transformers, Planar transformers, coils, chokes, contactors, relays etc.

  • Experience in PCB design, Gerber generation, IPC standards is an added advantage
  • Expertise in analytical design and CAD design with FEM tools.
  • Experience in CAD and analysis tools for design.
  • Experience in creating new designs from scratch, proto development and testing.
  • Experience in dealing with the new product development life cycle
  • Deep understanding and experience related to new product development process.
  • Innovative thinking for new technology developments.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for design and development of magnetics and power components like
transformers, inductive components and subsystems like TRU, ATRU, Power supplies

  • Conceptualize, design and detail the components & LRU's for aerospace power
system

  • Responsible for electrical & magnetic design and analysis using FEM tools and other
analytical methods.

  • Responsible for manufacturing, build & test the proto of the product designed.
  • Responsible for transfer of technology to production team
  • Documentation for assembly
process, work instructions, test procedures and test report.


Salary:
₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
