We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to create engaging learning and practice experiences for learners.
The primary objective is to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and captivating manner.
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing instructional materials, incorporating instructional design principles and technologies.
Your expertise in curriculum development and instructional strategies will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of highquality learning experiences.
Ultimately, your role will contribute to the success of learners by fostering their growth and development through welldesigned and impactful instructional programs.

Responsibilities

Create immersive educational experiences for the audience.
State instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product.
Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).
Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments.
Maintain project documentation and course folders.

Requirements and skills

A degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Dreamweaver
Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System.
Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard.
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.

Salary:
Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
