Job brief
We are looking for a pleasant
Customer Care Executive to undertake all the customer calls relating to service of our company products.
You will be the "face" of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Keep updated records and files
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Proficient in English, Hindi (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problemsolving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Any Graduate/ Inter, additional qualifications will be a plus.
Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
