Field Marketing Executive Job Description

Overview:

As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products or services in designated geographical areas.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives while tailoring initiatives to specific local needs and conditions.

Your role will involve conducting market research, organizing events, managing promotional activities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

Market Research:


  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand local market dynamics, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the target market.

Strategy Development:


  • Develop and implement field marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Customize marketing plans to suit the unique characteristics of different regions or territories.

Event Management:


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of events within budget and timeline constraints.

Promotional Activities:


  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional merchandise.
  • Implement promotional activities such as sampling, demos, and discounts to drive product awareness and sales.

Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, retailers, and distributors to enhance brand visibility and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation activities.

Performance Monitoring:


  • Track and analyze the performance of field marketing initiatives, including ROI measurement and effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to optimize future marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the Medical or Diagnostics.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and work outside regular business hours as needed.

Pay:
₹12, ₹33,767.96 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Experience:


  • Medical sales: 2 years (preferred)
  • Field sales: 2 years (preferred)
