Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (IT company)

Salary:
₹20,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Monday to Friday

A leading IT solutions provider, specialising in delivering cutting-edge technology services and solutions across various sectors is seeking an
Online Bidder to secure projects on platforms like Upwork and Guru.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and bid on potential projects on various online platforms
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Track and report on bid progress and success rates

Requirements:


  • Proven experience (15 years) in a similar role within an IT company
  • Expertise in bidding on platforms like Upwork and Guru
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
