Description
Drafting/vetting of agreements, deeds, undertakings, indemnities in time bound manner by

  • Ensuring timely renewal of expiring agreements/deeds etc.
  • Drafting/vetting replies, Service Level Agreements (SLA) with vendors and/or various authorities and ensuring proper closure.
  • Coordinating with Advocates and keeping track on all the legal cases filed by and against the company.
  • Scrutinise all documents relating to litigation and filing of reply/written statements/evidences.
  • Maintaining systematic record / complete litigation portfolio.
  • Contributing from legal perspective through advice / documents to business on a new product or service.
  • Analyse regulatory circulars, orders, guidelines issued by applicable regulatory authorities.
  • Maintaining all back office and coordinate with teams for smooth functioning of company.
  • Assisting team members with the required documents

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹120, ₹160,000.00 per year
