Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Mandatory Skills:
Working Knowledge on Application Operations such as System Monitoring, Application Monitoring, Interface Monitoring & Message Monitoring

  • Working experience on ChaRM ConfigurationSound Knowledge on Process Management and Test Suite
  • At least One End to End implementation Project experience of Solution Manager 7.

  • Business process operations configuration with BPMON,Focused RunStandard Root Cause Analysis configurationCCLM, SEA, BPCA and DVMSAP Cloud ALM Soft skills:Ability to handle customer independentlyAbility to communicate fluently in English and present ideas independentlyFlexible to adapt with the Project timelines
