The role is a balance of talent acquisition, engagement and retention. This can also develop into broader areas of engagement within mainstream business including training/L&D.

• Has operated in multifunctional roles sales, product, business, tech, operations, customer service.
  Technology industry experience is essential.

• Solid understanding of the full cycle of recruitment search, tools, like LI, social channels, hiring, onboarding and settling.
• Operate with speed, operate independently, and have a good idea as to how to get things done. Is a fast learner, takes initiative and a natural drive for success and results.
• Exposure to brands, product and tech businesses (not to be confused with IT services)
• Can work across levels, from younger talent (<2 years) to mid to senior hires. Ability to inspire potential recruits, land our narrative and win great talent over. Real estate industry exposure is not necessary.
• Work with the teams hired, bring enthusiasm and energy within the team and be an ally to them to help in any way possible on a daytoday basis.
• Is comfortable in working with ambiguity and change part of how we are evolving as a startup

Besides this, the incumbent also leads the role as a HR generalist, managing:

• Employee engagement
• Employee motivation and becomes the fulcrum of all things people
• Has HR generalist and/HR ops experience with a solid track record
• Has worked with senior management to evolve policies and manage the people function

Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
