Description
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly call audits in a timely manner and

in full compliance with defined parameters.

  • Monitor calls to ensure Client and company standards are maintained.
  • Achieve daily processing targets.
  • Consistently monitor key performance parameters of the process and identify
red flags.

  • Publishing Quality Audit reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
  • Sharing Feedback with respective agents
  • Identifying best calls and fatal calls for future reference / training
  • Analysing the week on week improvement with respect to feedback shared
monitored and recorded

  • Identifying the area of improvement from different teams and preparing daily
reports.

  • Coordinating with respective team leads for suggestive measures
implementation.


Job Types:

Salary:
From ₹200,000.00 per year

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
