**Position

DM-Purchase**Develop, lead and procure as per plant requirement.
Maintain Inventory vs Production plan to arrange Raw Material for plant.
Dealing with Production and Planning control Department.
Act as the liaison between overseas team and India for the import documentation and the shipment planning
Managing process of Imports from booking material till material reaches customs.
Cost Control / Reduction

Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Perform cost and scenario analysis, and bench marking.
Providing developmental inputs to the top management and to ensure the effective implementation of policies, processes and systems with respect to Budget and business plan.
Setting up targets for Procurement as per Production plan and achieve the same within time and cost parameters.
Implementing major cost savings strategies, productivity enhancements and improvements
Cost efficient Management and regular followup.
Costing of BOP Parts
Costing of Tools and Fixture
Periodically Updating Cost structure
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

Vendor Development:

Seek and develop reliable vendors.

Develop various source to run the smooth plant production activity.
Identify the nearby various vendor following the parameter cost / delivery / quality.
Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
Solid judgement along with decision making skills

Supplier Quality Performance:

1. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
2. Maintaining Supplier Performance Rating as per IATF and company standard.
3. Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyersupplier power

Ability to gather and analyses data and to work with figures
Negotiations:

Cost negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
