- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism through telephone communication.
- Cultivate profitable customer relationships through regular followup calls.
- Provide clients with detailed property information, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Coordinate client property visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- This role is officebased.
