  • Manage both inbound and outbound client calls efficiently within the real estate sector.
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism through telephone communication.
  • Cultivate profitable customer relationships through regular followup calls.
  • Provide clients with detailed property information, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate client property visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among team members.

Required Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • This role is officebased.
