Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Create/Develop
original, informative, engaging, compelling, and diverse content across different formats (text, images, videos, etc.) adapted to each platform's audience and algorithm.
Curate monthly content calendars for platforms like Youtube, Spotify etc.
Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and proactively integrate them into your content strategy.
Develop engaging captions, stories, and threads that stimulate interaction and encourage shares.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms

Research & Storytelling:

Conduct thorough research on relevant topics, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform content themes.
Translate complex information into digestible and engaging narratives that resonate with the target audience.
Unearth newsworthy topics and curate usergenerated content to amplify brand voice and build trust.

Content Curation & Scheduling:

Maintain a consistent and organized content calendar, ensuring timely publication and strategic distribution.
Utilize scheduling tools and platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with designers and videographers to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

Analyze key metrics (likes, comments, shares, reach, etc.) to gauge content performance and identify areas for improvement.
Generate insightful reports and recommendations based on datadriven insights.
A/B test different content formats, captions, and strategies to optimize engagement and ROI.

Qualifications:

years of experience in content writing and social media management.

Proven ability to create engaging and diverse content across various formats.
Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Creative flair, a playful tone, and a passion for building online communities.
Experience with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
You must be comfortable with the camera.
